RSIMPLESOLUTIONS started out with a desire to make things simple. We didn't want to be intimated by the Internet any more and we knew we weren't the only ones to feel that way - - at first we were too scared to even try selling on EBay!
The more we learned about the Internet, and websites and, yes, E-Bay, the more we realized that many small business really need to have an internet presence - even those that don't think they have an audience!
Realization #1 - Take the daycare industry for instance. A functioning daycare has maybe 100 or so families - pretty small to consider a website - no one outside the neighborhood to justify that expense. But, we, as parents, often be-moaned the fact that the daycare was closed and we had no idea what the kids were to do the next day and how to prepare! Lunch? Swimsuits? Also, we were proud of our daycare, but had no detailed information for times we wished to make a referral to co-workers or friends.
Realization #2 - We recognized that the most fun on the internet was for shopping. And the least fun for daycares (and sports teams, and - well you get the picture) is selling - the dreaded fundraising. What if . . .
Realization #3 - the ephipany. With a combination of good, fun products and an avenue for daycares (or other small businesses) to obtain an internet presence - why, there just might to a connection there. That's when we really got excited because that connection became symbionic - parents want the access of a website and the daycare not only provides great customer service by providing a web site but could also use it as a fundraising tool! Eureka! RSIMPLESOLUTONS became a fundraising site. Hey, we were tired of selling candy and magazines, too!
Our policy is to back what we showcase here, to keep any information you share with us private (we sure don't like it when our name gets sold!). And, of course, the sites we use and recommend are secure.
